Candida Albicans Cure, Issue #010 -- Candida Test
December 02, 2006

Hello,

You have read the causes, you have many of the symptoms, but you are still unsure. How can you be certain? Do you have a Candida albicans overgrowth, or is it all "In your head?"

The only way to find out for sure is to take a Candida test.

There are three ways to test yourself for Candida. One is free and the other two are not. The free test is simple and you can do it at home but it is not a medical diagnosis. The other two tests are by medical diagnosis but they are not cheap.

I'm sure you want to hear about the free one first. Doesn't everyone? The simple, easy and free Candida test goes like this... Fill a clear glass with water and place it by your bed at night.

When you wake in the morning, before ANYTHING touches your mouth, work up some saliva and spit into the water. Let it sit and check it occasionally. Healthy saliva will stay on the to top the water and slowly dissolve.

If you have a Candida albicans overgrowth, the Candida will have one or more of these signs.

  1. Leg like strings trainling down to the bottom.
  2. Cloudy specs floating in the middle.
  3. Cloudy saliva that sinks to the bottom.
The more strings, specs and cloudiness there are, and the faster it develops, the greater the Candida albicans overgrowth.

The second type of test is a medical Candida test. The most reliable medical Candida test is the Candida Immune Complexes test followed by the combination of IgA, IgG and IgM tests. The Ig tests are not reliable alone, they must be used as a combination. Both types of tests must be ordered by a physician.

This means a visit to your physician. It may even mean finding a new physician that will order the tests if your personal physician will not.

The third way to test yourself for Candida is to order the Candida Immune Complexes test online at Evenstar.com. This website is run by Mary Ann Copson.

Your test is ordered by Mary Ann in her capacity as a Certified Nutritionist. She will have the test sent to you, you have the specimens taken and send them to an independent laboratory. The test results are sent to Mary Ann and she will forward a copy to you.

Although you don't need a medical diagnosis in order to start any of the treatments for candida albicans, these three ways to test yourself are available. You can find more details on all three tests on my Candida albicans tests page.

Here's to your health.

P.S. Whether you get a medical diagnosis or not, do not allow yourself to stay ill. Do something, do ANYTHING to get your health back!
